This class series is designed for anyone on the more mobile end of the movement spectrum, and those with a joint hypermobility or Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome diagnosis. Since these disorders can present in a wide variety of ways and symptoms vary greatly between individuals, it’s crucial to understand how different styles of yoga can be used to alleviate discomfort, safely build strength, boost joint stability, and manage the nervous system hyperactivity that is often a feature of these conditions.

While we’ll cover specific techniques in each of these classes, the big picture goal is to provide information that then allows you to confidently dive into the rest of the YMO library, knowing that you’ll have the skills to adjust and modify each practice to make it productive and beneficial for your unique body.
