Beginner Foundations Series
This series guides beginners through the essentials of practice, layering on one key lesson in each class. Repeat each practice 2-3 times a week until it feels easy and you are ready to add new concepts and poses, then move on to the next in the series.
By the end of the series you’ll feel confident in any of the classes under the Yoga Medicine Online Foundations tab, or you can enter “Beginner” in the search bar. If you’re looking for more suggestions on what to try next, see the options below.
