Beginner Foundations Series
This series guides beginners through the essentials of practice, layering on one key lesson in each class. Repeat each practice 2-3 times a week until it feels easy and you are ready to add new concepts and poses, then move on to the next in the series. By the end of the series you’ll feel confident in any of the Yoga Medicine Online Foundations classes, and perhaps even ready to move into the general class selection.
