Morning Pick-Me-Up Series
A series of simple flow classes to help the body and mind slide into the activity of the day. The goal is multifaceted: the practices are designed to leave you feeling physically capable, mentally grounded, and energetically uplifted! We'll ease into movement gently but steadily, while also building a little momentum and energy to carry into the rest of your day.
While these classes are billed as morning practices, they’ll easily slot into your schedule anytime you feel the need for an accessible, unfussy movement reboot.
