Yang to Yin: In Gratitude
Gratitude practices have been shown to improve our interactions with other, our mood, our sleep, and our motivation. This yang to yin practice combines movement and stillness to help you feel grounded and grateful. We'll start with a short gratitude practice and meditation, which we will revisit over the course of class. Expect a focus on side-body throughout, with supported bridge options to close out class. Props: pen, paper, strap, blanket, bolster, 2 blocks.
Wonderful practice. I love the gratitude meditation from Margaret Gill. I can not locate the source for this. Can you share more information about the source, it was very moving! Thank you for a lovely, sweet practice.
