Grounded in Gratitude
This class reminds us that the very relationships and responsibilities that make our lives so full are often the things we are the most grateful for. Challenge yourself to focus on the resources you already have to ground you through a couple of repetitive flows, then open up in supported heart openers to count your blessings. You’ll need two yoga blocks, and potentially a blanket or large towel as well.
Beautiful practice Rachel. I feel so much better and my heart is more full. Always love your flows.
