Whether you’re a professional athlete or a professional desk sitter we all need cross training to create balance in our tissues, nervous system and overall resilience. This lineup looks at cross training through movement, myofascial release, awareness, recovery and breath. Start your week off strong with a 60min strength class, several shorter focused classes through the week, then another 60min class at the end to round it out and a meditation you can use on your off day or anytime you like.
