Week 2: Nourishment & Digestion
This lineup is all about fine tuning the precious digestive system to nourish you to your core and support energy levels. As the foundation of health for every system this digestive overhaul is one to come back to anytime you want to reboot (no need to wait for problems here) or when you need a little extra digestive support.
Week 3: Grounded & Calm
Find your calm this week with practices to anchor your attention in the moment and bring you back to what you love. You’ll have a variety of practices to move, soothe and help you open to the preciousness of life.
