A hatha vinyasa practice infused with pranayama and breath work. We’ll use MFR to prepare the diaphragm & intercostals, pranayama practices to rejuvenate the lungs and movement to get your heart pumping. We’ll work on increasing inhalation & exhalation capacity in different postures to revitalize the system. This class provides some purposeful support for the respiratory system. Have 2 MFR/tennis balls and a towel or blanket nearby, a block is optional.
