Shed Stress & Find Focus

This class is great when your stress level is up and you need both movement & a calm focus for your day. Great when you either need: to create a calm focus for your day ahead or at the end of the day to release stress and transition into your evening. This class will start with some quicker paced movements to shake off stress, then dive deep into the breath to revive the system and end with some restorative work for a bone deep rejuvenation. Have either a bolster & a blanket or improvise with some household items: large bath towels, pillows, couch cushion.
