Mindful Vinyasa

A mindful practice with a balance of movement & strength, release & rejuvenation for body & mind, to help you feel your best and appreciate your life. This class will usually involve some combination of: flow, stability, mobility, breath, MFR, and relaxation! Bring 2 blocks, a blanket (or large towel), & 2 MFR balls of the same size (or 2 tennis balls).
