Mindful Vinyasa

A mindful practice to release, move, strengthen & rejuvenate body & mind, to help you feel great and appreciate your life. This class will usually involve some combination of: MFR, active mobility, flow, strength and relaxation! Bring a large towel & 2 MFR balls (or 2 tennis balls) if you have them.
