Move & Nourish Series

Life is complex and we need both nourishment & movement to thrive so why not have it all in one practice?! With so many helpful tools here, this series was made to have all the potent stuff in one practice. The first half of class will involve some combination of movement, flow, conditioning & strength and the second half will be some combination of yin, restorative, pranayama, MFR & meditation. The perfect balance of movement & challenge along with nourishment to support energy & vitality. No need to do the classes in this series in this order, just know they will all have this balance of active & passive practice to support the 3 dimensionality of your health. Bring a 2 blankets & 2 balls for this series and if you have 2 blocks bring those as well.
