Come join us for this 60 minute hatha vinyasa practice by donation to inspire warmth in your heart during this holiday season and support the girls in our shelter who are struggling so much during this difficult time. This practice will use pranayama and asana to tap into your gratitude reserves as a source of nourishment, an important element of a therapeutic practice and a helpful way to keep stress in check as the holidays approach.
