Yoga Conditioning
This yoga conditioning class will keep you moving when you want a challenge. The repetitive movements allow you to sink into the moment and still be challenged along the way. We’ll start with some core work then take it right into some full body movements, followed by some more active mobility, ending with some eccentric work to strengthen & lengthen. Grab a towel or a blanket but you won’t need it long, this one will keep you moving.
