Training Details

Many yoga practitioners seek out yoga for hip pain, injuries, and other ailments. This course examines the common injuries and dysfunction of the hip with an exploration of how to work with issues in this area. During the training you will learn how to work with a variety of ailments and how to troubleshoot new ailments on your own. There will also be case studies to help you integrate the information and a new section on prevention and durability to deepen your knowledge.
