Training Details

Many yoga practitioners seek out yoga for hip pain, injuries, and other ailments. The intensive yoga teacher training begins with a deeper look at the anatomy and biomechanics of the hip joint as a basis for learning to evaluate this area. This course examines the common injuries and dysfunction of the hip with an exploration of how to work with issues in this area. During the training you will learn how to work with a variety of ailments and how to troubleshoot new ailments on your own. There will also be case studies to help you integrate the information and a new section on prevention and durability to deepen your knowledge. You will complete this training with a deeper understanding of this joint that you can immediately apply to your teaching and your practice by more thoroughly understanding its function & applications.
