Dissolve Stress in Movement

Sometimes physical or mental stress needs an outlet. In this class you’ll start with a brief myofascial release practice to anchor your mind into your body, then get right into a blend of repeated movement and pranayama to help you vent the feeling of stress and create space around it. You’ll need one tennis or massage ball. Two blocks and a blanket or towel are optional to help you get more comfortable.
