Strengthen to Release
Who else needs movement as a stress reliever??? This class uses body weight as resistance for a full-body workout. But perhaps most of all - it's an opportunity to vent and release any extra energy, stress, or anxiety you might be hanging onto. We'll hit up a little bit of everything before a short cool-down at the end. The hope is that you leave this strong movement class with a little more space and feeling a sense of release and calm. Props: none. Optional props: blocks.
