Breathe Life Into Your Practice
In this monthly dose, we’ll dig into a few important components of the breath to look at within an asana practice. We’ll examine the main anatomical components of the breath and more importantly how this all changes with movement. We’ll look at the relationship to the core & pelvic floor and where this all fits into some of our traditional practices (think sun sals, nauli, & core support).
