Breathe Life Into Your Practice

In this monthly dose, we’ll dig into a few important components of the breath to look at within an asana practice. We’ll examine the main anatomical components of the breath and more importantly how this all changes with movement. We’ll look at the relationship to the core & pelvic floor and where this all fits into some of our traditional practices (think sun sals, nauli, & core support). Check out the classes below to bring these concepts to life in your practice. For more detailed info on the science & tradition of pranayama you can check out our new Pranayama Teacher Training.
