Chinese Medicine Principles to Get the Most Out of Your Practice: Part 2 Lecture

This monthly dose builds on Part 1 to give you more foundational concepts from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to help you get the most out of your practice. We’ll look at excess and deficiency syndromes as a tool to help you better navigate our site and support your internal health. We’ll also look at some details to pay attention to in any practice to help you magnify the therapeutic effects. This dose really applies to all our classes, but below are a few classes launching this month to bring some specific awareness to practices for excess & deficiency as a resource. The list of classes below show a spectrum of options that progresses from classes for deficiency to classes for excess.
