Modern life comes at us hard and fast. One of the best ways to manage daily stressors is with regular “microdoses” of recovery sprinkled in throughout the day. Carving out short moments of rest at frequent intervals is a highly effective way to keep feelings of stress and overstimulation from piling up, and reminding your nervous system that calm and ease are within reach.
