This week you’ll dig a little deeper to detox with some longer practices with movement, sweat, MFR & mental revitalization. Use this week when you need to let go, clear out or want a challenge. You’ve got eccentric training to challenge & refresh the fascia, yoga conditioning to break a sweat and 2 hatha vinyasa practices to release toxins and refresh from the inside out.
