On Thursday you’ll have a precious preparation for a deep & rejuvenating sleep (this is one you’ll want to repeat if you’re looking to optimize your sleep, there’s also some interesting new research on the importance of sleep for collagen health). End your week by tapping into a quality of ease to flow effortlessly into your weekend. Your Saturday practice captures the potential of the mind to shift our biology with movement, MFR & mindfulness. Don’t forget to weave in your meditation class anytime you like, you don’t have to wait till Sunday, this timeless meditation practice is a gem anytime you want to lean into the appreciation of life.
