Lineup #2 of our Fountain of Youth series to focus on anti-aging practices or as we prefer to say- aging with wisdom (for all ages). With so much research and intriguing practices in this genre, this week we’ve decided to start with a playful class to remind you to take yourself lightly (the foundation of youthfulness). Then you’ve got a class to optimize your lung capacity, an organ known to play a pivotal role in longevity & mortality. And since the health of the collagen & connective tissue is paramount to injury prevention and tissue resilience, you’ve got an easeful flow for fascial health & hydration, followed by a yin practice to support healthy collagen. On Friday you have some energy support to balance out the end of your week with both movement & stillness. Round it all out with a longer class to cultivate the staying power of love with a reminder of what’s truly important as you carve your path forward. Use this elder wisdom class to tap into your inner knowing and carry you through your week with clarity.
