Immune & Respiratory Booster
This weekly lineup is a great one to come back to anytime you’re feeling like you want some immune support. If people around you are sick or if you want to be prepared for the flu season or if you want to help regulate inflammation in the body this is your support system. This week has some practices that move & circulate to support your immune system without depleting or wearing you out. You’ve also got an MFR practice & a restorative practice to free up your breath. The immune revival practice takes a more active approach and can be skipped if you’re feeling worn out, but the meditation can be done daily regardless.
