Let It Go
This lineup is all about shedding stress and letting go of what holds you back. You’ll start by finding space in the transitions of a movement based practice to build resilience. Then you’ve got a quick MFR practice to release any stress you’ve been carrying around. Your yoga conditioning class will welcome you to get lost in movement to shake off your day and the yin practice will offer simplicity to sink into yourself and find nourishment within. On Friday you’ll look at refining your purpose on & off your mat as perhaps one of the greatest stress management tools. Saturday’s longer practice will give you time to use targeted work to activate in order to allow for greater release in the end. And what better way to let go than through forgiveness, to ourselves, to those around us, to the universe, whatever may be needed. This meditation can be used as often as you like.
