Mood Booster (full week)
This lineup uses movement & restorative practices to support you when you need a mood booster. You’ll have some flowing classes with nourishing movement, we’ll ramp it up with some functional movement challenges, prepare for a deep restorative sleep toward the end of your week, then give you a longer class using breath centric strength to tie it all together. The body scan at the end of week is the perfect way to reassess and prepare for the week ahead.
