Obstacles as Teachers
Life is full of friction such as moments when things don’t go to plan or when resistance shows up in body or mind. This week is an invitation to experiment with how you meet that resistance. That might mean holding a challenging pose with curiosity rather than strain, softening your grip on perfection when you wobble, or choosing acceptance over force. Each obstacle carries a lesson, and by meeting them with willingness and openness, you can build the psychological flexibility that supports you both on and off the mat.
