Recharge Retreat
This week we have some longer practices to indulge in a more decadent home retreat to revitalize your nervous system. We’ll start with an introspective class to point some attention to the nervous system, then use some myofascial release to trigger the relaxation response in the body. We’ll embrace some more vigorous movement & strength work to help support that shift from active mode to relaxation mode and then plug in with some bone deep nourishing restorative yoga. You’ve got one longer class with both active and restorative support and a meditation to energize & clarify.
