A lineup of classes to nourish all the layers (physical, physiological, mental, emotional), with both movement & stillness to feed you to your core. We’ll kick it off with a full hour long flow to help you approach your week with a full heart then back it up on tuesday with a nourishing yin practice, followed by a variety of practices to move, release, refill and rejuvenate you from the inside out.
