Short on Time Daily Routine
This weekly wellness lineup is for the weeks when you want to practice daily but only have 30 minutes or less. A good reminder that you don’t always need a lot but daily self care, even in small amounts, can be so helpful! You’ll get some strength, movement, myofascial release, restorative practice and a meditation. Start off the week with upper body strength, followed up by upper back release, then a quick reset mid week and a restorative practice Thursday to offset end of week fatigue. For your weekend a quick lower body flow and a meditation to prepare for the week ahead and know you got what you needed. These classes can be done in any order to adapt to your schedule & needs.
