Strength Week
Sometimes you just need an extra dose of power to break up your week! Whether you’re feeling the effects of sitting at your desk, wanting to tap into physical strength as a source of empowerment or mental focus, or just wanting to build strength this week we’ve got you covered. Each class will focus on strength in different areas and in different ways to give you a well-rounded lineup to support your physical & mental capacity on & off the mat. This week builds slowly with a variety of challenges along the way. On Friday you’ve got a powerful, longer strength challenge with Jenni and then on Saturday you’ve got a shorter active recovery class with Mark to help work through any soreness and give you more time to enjoy your weekend.
