Strong, Powerful Knees Series
This series explores different aspects of healthy, powerful knees. No need to do them in any specific order but if you find one that is particularly difficult/helpful you can add that to your weekly lineup for a month or two. This series is not so much for knee pain, but for prevention, strength & support for the knees. Always consult your healthcare provider when dealing with pain as each case is unique and needs different things. However, if you have mild knee pain but want to work with these practices, please modify by going slow and starting with smaller, pain-free range of motion or skipping poses as needed. Some great practices for the feet, ankles, calves & hips as well.
