Supporting Lymphatics with Yoga
The lymphatics are an important system for many reasons including but not limited to: detoxification, tissue recovery from strenuous activity, regulating inflammation, supporting immune function, and regulating water metabolism. In this dose we’ll look at the importance of this system and its applications to a yoga practice. Great info for athletes, regulating inflammation & immune function, yoga teachers, fitness instructors, and anyone interested in therapeutics. Below are some research links and classes to experience some of this in your practice. For more information on lymphatics for yoga teachers you can check out our brand new Lymphatics for Yoga Teacher Training where we do a deep dive into this system and look at yoga therapeutics to support it, click here for more information.
