Looking for the perfect gift for the yoga enthusiast in your life (or maybe even yourself)? This year, give the gift of well-being with our curated Yoga Medicine© gift guide!

Our team of Yoga Medicine© Therapeutic Specialists have put together a selection of thoughtful gifts that promote better sleep, relaxation, self-care, and of course, a strong yoga practice. Whether you’re shopping for someone who needs help unwinding after a long day, or someone who wants to take their practice to the next level, we’ve got something for everyone.

Visit Loftie Clock

Loftie Clock

The clock is a great complement for supporting high quality sleep. It has no to very low light settings and the alarm tones are like awakening to a sound bath (no startle to start the day). It also has a variety of white noise and nature sounds that I use to tune out my partner’s snoring. It offers bluetooth connection for headphones and I use it to listen to guided meditation, breath practice, or relaxing sounds if I need something to help me get back to sleep. The best part is it gives you the freedom to keep the phone out of the bedroom but still has digital features that help you rest.

Visit The Yoga Pillow

The Yoga Pillow

The Yoga Pillow is meant to be attached to a yoga block and then converts the block into a mini-bolster. You can then use the block+yoga pillow for seated meditation or in various poses like supported fish or supported bridge. You can also use it by itself as a cushion support for the knees in lunges or even under the head in savasana. Use code: YOGAMED20 for 20% off!

Visit Beam Dream

Beam Dream

As a chronically bad sleeper, I’m always on the lookout for anything that will help me fall asleep and stay asleep. This nighttime tea feels like it’s improved my sleep quality a lot, and at minimum is now a nice evening ritual that lets my brain know it’s time to chill. My favorite flavors are the Mint Chip and Brownie Batter!

Visit Living Tea

Seasonal Tea Club from Living Tea

I’m a huge fan of Living Tea. As an acupuncturist myself, I really appreciate the care and attention that goes into curating their seasonal tea club. It’s a great way to explore different flavors and health benefits. I love starting my day with a cup of tea and a mindfulness practice.

Visit Woof

The Bite n’ Brush

Ozzy adores this toy I got for him, so much that he even sleeps with it near him to make sure I don’t take it away! Even better, it’s good for his teeth, a double win. It’s by ‘Woof’ and my dog trainer Lisa from @liveapawsomelife told me about it (she has some great tips on her page)!

Visit Wobble Yoga

Turmeric Velvet Scented Eye Pillow

Upgrade your savasana with this handmade eye pillow. It contours your face, blocks light, and soothes with lavender and linseed. The soft velvet feels luxurious, and the perfect weight helps you relax deeply. Hand made in Sydney, it’s my go-to for yoga or a calming bedtime ritual.
