Allie is based in Boulder, Colorado where she leads YTTs, workshops, group classes, and private lessons. Her speciality and areas of passion are Myofascial Release and Prenatal Yoga.
During her first pregnancy, Allie began looking for complementary practices. She enrolled in an 80 hour prenatal yoga training, and the journey through pregnancy and birth brought her closest to her practice. She was able to nurture the changes occurring in her body, but also truly understood her limitations.
Her passion for therapeutics in yoga was truly nourished when she found her current teacher, Tiffany Cruikshank, founder of Yoga Medicine®. She completed her 500-hour Advanced Training Certification in 2018. She’s a Yoga Medicine® Therapeutic Specialist and currently enrolled in the Yoga Medicine® 1000-hour advanced teacher certification. She has assisted Tiffany on several Yoga Medicine® 500-hour trainings all over the world.
