Anna Clarke

500-Hour Yoga Medicine Teacher

“This course was incredibly informative, useful and well designed. I found the lectures interesting and engaging. The class sequences were creative and interesting. I have already used lots of poses, cues and tips in my own group classes. Overall, the course has given me a lot more confidence when working with students who have shoulder injuries and it has helped me to improve my own shoulder stability too.”

Jaime Brown

Physical Therapist

“I felt that this training was thorough and efficiently explained. I have taken several shoulder courses throughout the years and I feel like this was one of the best courses I have taken - it was presented in a way that immediately made sense to me. The asana practices helped to take the lecture information into body movements, which helped me to learn/feel the information.”
