      Hello 👋
I live in Portland Oregon. My practice consists mainly of private therapeutic sessions, working with doctors and therapist. I joined Tiffany’s 200hr teacher training in 2009. It has been an amazing journey. Looking forward to how myofascial release training has evolved over the years.

I have been working with people with breathing difficulties. I also have personal experience with this. I had lost 20% of my long capacity due to scar tissue from her variety of different issues. I have healed and have full lung capacity now. The best advice I can give you is to:

Practice the diaphragmatic breathing. If by the third breath she is feeling tension in her lungs. Then her breath cycle is too long. Overtime the lung capacity will grow. We just have to move slowly.

When practicing exercises there is a balance of less is more. Noticing what is happening in the lungs as you exercise and seeing how far you can go without overtaxing.

        I hope this helps
