Hello Fellow Yogi rollers!!! Super excited about our training together! I am driving out from Sun Valley, Idaho and looking forward to working out some serious kinks after the drive and my various summer activities (competitive cycling mostly, yet big hikes have also added up in the good ol’ hips and low back) amongst a busy summer workload as both acupuncturist and yoga instructor. Just really grateful for the opportunity to take this educational PAUSE with all of you as it is needed! I will check in once we all arrive to see where people are at as far as rooming/lodging, yet have great friends in town who I am planning to stay with. Tiffany…being a fellow OCOMer, I look forward to seeing you again as it has been what…almost 15 years?! WTH? 🙂
My name is Jen and I am a licensed acupuncturist and yoga teacher. I went to Bikram yoga teacher training in 2006 and Yoga Medicine’s 200 hr teacher training in 2014. I am looking forward to this module so I can offer my acupuncture patients & yoga students more self-care techniques so they can be more empowered in their healing journeys.
Hello 👋
I live in Portland Oregon. My practice consists mainly of private therapeutic sessions, working with doctors and therapist. I joined Tiffany’s 200hr teacher training in 2009. It has been an amazing journey. Looking forward to how myofascial release training has evolved over the years.
Hello-
I am staying with my daughter for the first few days of the training, but I am wondering if anyone needs a roommate at the Benson on the 10th and 11th? If so please email me at rfaginbog@yahoo.com
Thank you so much!
Hi Everyone!
My name is Imani. I am so stoked to return to another module! I took the Spine Module in Costa a couple years ago and since have had so many incredible results working with my private clients. I am from Hawaii, grew up in Kenya, and now, as of January, randomly live in Bend, Oregon. Life is such a beautiful journey. I first began practicing yoga when I was about 13. I am 37 now so it feels as if the practice has been with me for most of my life. Sometimes asana takes a back seat and other limbs come forward. The dance of the limbs. I have a 2 year old and live my life in mommy mode currently, so I am really looking forward to reconnecting with myself, my practice, and all of you beautiful humans. Most especially learning from you again, Tiffany! Wishing you all safe travels and see you soon!
xoxo
