Deflate Tension
Use this pranayama & meditation practice when you feel your stress level rising and need to take it down a notch. The first half of this class is breath work designed to quickly shift from stress to calm. The second half is a pore breathing mediation technique to help you clear out any lingering resistance and leave you feeling less caught up in the stressors. An important practice when it comes to stress resilience, which is really our ability to be in the stress and not get caught in its web. No props needed just find something to sit on so you can take a comfortable seated position for this practice. A great class to have on repeat (or in your favorites) to retrain your stress response.
