MFR Chill Pill

When you need to chill out, this one is better than bourbon and healthier for you! Try it on for size when you need some stress & tension release. A great one at the end of a busy day or week or in the middle of a stressful day. This class will work through some common stress points using acupressure & myofascial release to help relieve common stress & tension spots. We’ll work on the inner thighs, IT band (outer thigh), jaw & neck. All these points are on the liver and gallbladder meridians that serve as important stress regulating points. You’ll need 1 block, 1 blanket or large towel, 2 myofascial balls and a sock.
