In this monthly dose we’re talking about how to use the classes on this site to support a healthy female reproductive cycle. We’ll talk about what class features to look for to support the different phases of your cycle and some things to consider for issues like PMS, painful periods, PCOS, endometriosis, perimenopause, menopause, IVF, and more. The classes below are the more obvious choices for specific phases of the cycle, but this lecture will give you more info on how to use other classes & styles on our site to support a healthy hormone balance.
