Looking for the perfect gift for the yoga enthusiast in your life (or maybe even yourself)? This year, give the gift of well-being with our curated Yoga Medicine® gift guide!
Our team of Yoga Medicine® Therapeutic Specialists have put together a selection of thoughtful gifts that promote better sleep, relaxation, self-care, and of course, a strong yoga practice. Whether you’re shopping for someone who needs help unwinding after a long day, or someone who wants to take their practice to the next level, we’ve got something for everyone.
Elevate Your Practice! – The Yoga Pillow
The Yoga Pillow is a lightweight cushion cover that transforms any standard yoga block into a comfortable meditation seat or restorative yoga bolster. Give the gift of stillness on the go, empowering your loved one to anchor their practice and find grounded support wherever their journey takes them. It’s a gentle, portable reminder that MediTation is MediCation.

Super Mushroom Supplement
I had a lot of work travel during the fall and was generally wary of catching the usual colds that make their way around at this time of year, so I wanted something that would provide a natural immunity boost.
A friend recommended a super-mushroom supplement, which has worked really well for me- the tincture format travels easily, blends into a smoothie or protein drink, and has kept me free of sniffles and kept up my energy this fall and winter. This particular product was developed by Paul Stamets, who is considered a leading mycologist and an expert on the health and wellness benefits of mushrooms.

Seasonal Tea Club from Living Tea
I’m a huge fan of Living Tea. As an acupuncturist myself, I really appreciate the care and attention that goes into curating their seasonal tea club. It’s a great way to explore different flavors and health benefits. I love starting my day with a cup of tea and a mindfulness practice.

“I Love You!” Ceramic Heart Dish
Because we all need a reminder to feel our own self-love — especially on those days that we can’t get to our mats, right?! This is from one of my favourite online shops, Luna & Soul (Australia-based). Let this little heart-shaped ceramic dish sit somewhere you’ll see it often — a kind nod to yourself after class, mid-workday or when you simply need a pause.

Spice Blends by Diaspora Spice Co.
We were given a collection of spice blends by Diaspora Spice Co. last holiday season, and I have fallen in love with their brand.
This company sources the freshest, most potent, single-origin spices directly from small, regenerative family farms across India and Sri Lanka in an equitable model that values communities, culture, and the Earth. The spices are aromatic and awaken all the senses. Even the tins they arrive in are gorgeous!
Don’t know what to try first? I recommend the Masala Essentials – a mix of three classic South Asian spice-blends, as well as the Chai Trio. Enjoy!

Handmade Gifts by Her Future Coalition
I love statement pieces, especially conversation starters – which is why I love adding one-of-a-kind pieces to my fits. While all the jewelry and accessories by Her Future Coalition are handmade by survivors of human trafficking (and 100% of proceeds support the work of Yoga Medicine® Seva Foundation), my favorites are the silk blockprinted and cotton embroidered scarves. Worn around your neck to keep warm, as a headpiece to block the sun, or tied around your hips as a belt – scarves are so versatile. I never travel without one!

Yoga Medicine® Recovery Rounds by Rad Roller
The Recovery Rounds concept was born from a body-benefiting collaboration between Yoga Medicine® and RAD. After months of research and brainstorming, Team RAD and Yoga Medicine® are thrilled to launch our debut partnership product: a set of pliable silicone rounds for an effective yet softer-touch myofascial release.
Give the Gift of Education: Yoga Medicine® Seva
Since 2005 Her Future has been creating powerful and positive change in the lives of women and girls. We break the cycle of poverty and exploitation by providing education – and a full range of services that support education – to survivors and the most vulnerable girls in India and Nepal.
