Practicing with an Injury
At some point in our life we all experience injury, perhaps many of varying intensities. This monthly dose explores a four-stage approach you can employ to continue a movement practice while caring for and healing from an injury. Note: Always seek advice from your healthcare providers before reintroducing a movement practice after injury.
