Use this meditation to embody gratitude and appreciation. Gratitude practices are great anytime but especially when you’re stressed, overwhelmed, or need to take a step back to see things more clearly. No props needed just find a comfortable seated or supine position, hit play and be sure to put this one on repeat.
I practiced this meditation on Monday evening before falling asleep and since then made it to my daily routine for the whole week. It feels so good. Thank you 💖
