But did you know that a regular gratitude practice can actually rewire your brain for happiness and success? Research suggests that practicing gratitude on top of receiving psychological counseling carries greater benefits than counseling alone, even when that gratitude practice is brief (like this these practices!) The benefits of gratitude practices are well known and publicized to positively impact heart health, mental health and the energetic system – just to name a few.  Here are some of my favorite classes to practice over the holidays (and anytime) that will increase your gratitude reserves and elevate wellbeing.
