About the Author

Based in Oslo, Norway, Gry Bech-Hanssen has a background in contemporary dance and has taught movement and yoga in group and privates for over a decade. She is also trained in Anatomy Trains Structural Bodywork and currently teaches yoga and functional anatomy to the dance students at Oslo National Academy of the Arts. She is nearing completion of her 500-hour with Yoga Medicine and is passionate about using yoga, mindfulness, bodywork and education to help people make lasting changes in their bodies and lives.
